The Haas Foundation

In accordance with the couple's wishes, Pierre & Andrée Haas Foundation encourages and supports charitable projects and organisations. It is actively committed to competent people and relevant projects, in line with the philosophy of the donors. The Foundation ensures that each donation contributes to the improvement of living conditions and social dynamics.

Created in 2019 and based in Geneva, Pierre & Andrée Haas Foundation is active in Switzerland and abroad. Intimately linked to the spirit of the Haas couple, the Foundation has no profit-making aim, nor any political or confessional character.

Pierre & Andrée Haas Foundation concentrates its action in the following areas:

  • Health

Support for medical research. Support for professors or researchers. Financing of projects and acquisition of medical equipment.

  • Culture

Support for the creation and implementation of projects in the field of arts and culture.

  • Education

Helping disadvantaged youth. Support for institutions active in the field of children and education.

  • Social

Assistance to families or persons in need and precarious situations. Support to various non-profit associations working in the social field.

  • Heritage

Restoration of monuments (castle, cathedrals, churches). Acquisition of miscellaneous political or confessional material.
